Good breakfast but needs a cleanup
I stayed for 1 night in a standard double and wow, the room was a bit rough. It really looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The shower barely worked, and the bathroom had a nasty smell. The breakfast was pretty good though, so at least there's that! Great parking and WiFi!

The friendly staff immediately offered us a ground floor room when requested.

Decent parking available on-site, which saves a hassle getting in and out. The breakfast spread offers plenty of options, filling up before heading out for the day.
The bathroom had lingering odors, and the shower pressure was practically a drizzle. Location on a busy road might spoil a quiet night's sleep for some, though it's just a five-minute walk to the town center, if that counts for anything. The restaurant's prolonged closure for refurbishment was disappointing, especially with reviews hinting it wasn't an all-new situation.

Clean and spacious accommodations made for a comfortable stay, with a bed that was particularly inviting. Breakfast was plentiful, featuring Dutch products, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the lack of a mirror in the room was inconvenient, especially for two guests. the restaurant's closure for refurbishment meant a missed opportunity for on-site dining.

Enjoyed a lovely visit at the hotel with spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff were quite friendly and helpful throughout. A bit of a letdown was the tired decor and uneven breakfast quality, especially with slow service and undercooked options.

I loved how spacious and clean my Standard Double Room was, making it a comfortable retreat after my days out exploring St Ives. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, helping with my luggage and providing great local tips.
More accessible seating areas would be beneficial.

Had a great time with friends! The rooms were clean and comfy. We visited the local museums and nearby parks, which were fantastic for some downtime. Breakfast was plentiful, and we appreciated the bar area after a long day out. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway.
One downside was that the restaurant was closed during our stay, but they provided a list of local places for meals.

I had a comfortable night's sleep in a clean Standard Double Room and enjoyed a solid breakfast to start my day. The hotel has a lovely garden area and a cozy lounge, perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 👍
